Over-thinking things..

Over-thinking distorts the truth, endlessly twisting things around in your head just ties you up in knots of worry that sit in your stomach and upset your equilibrium. Over-thinking makes everything seem much more difficult than it actually is, erodes our courage and perpetuates the negative cycles.. stop it! Be brave, be bold, have faith and courage, breathe deeply and make things happen ♥ Hxx

  1. This couldn’t come at a better time, thank you for your blog 🙂 I wish you have this on tumblr then I can just follow you. But nonetheless, I bookmarked this site! I wish I can just stop over-thinking things, it’s hard.

    • Dear E.C. Thank you for your lovely message, there IS a referred feed to a tumblr account too: http://pure-nourishment.tumblr.com/ I’d love you to follow me there as well! The posts don’t always display all the text, but if you click on the pictures it should direct you back here too (where you can read them in full)! Don’t over-think too much darling, it’s just a waste of energy, just trust that everything will be as it should be (I know it’s not always easy), and keep smiling 🙂 Blessings, Hxx

  2. Thank you Hayley for sharing this blog! I really needed to read this to realize the engery wasted on over thinking situations past or present. I know I have come along way in a short period of time on this journey to a more fulfilled life. Your posts have been an both inspiration and a gift in finding my true self… For that I am truly grateful!!! Thank you Hayley for being a part of my life..xx

  3. I follow you on FB and just opened to this blog, I thank you for posting and hope that I can stop overthinking. I was “seeing” a guy who kept telling me we were on the same page (wasn’t interested in anyone else, was excited to see me, be with me etc), only to find out he was talking to someone else and then went to met her and pretty much ended things with me. I keep overthinking it… Was I not this, was it cause I don’t do this, I’m not that…. Sorry for the vent (actually stoped short of a book!) but wanted to say, keep sending out the good words, I hope my head will listen eventually.

    • Dear Sandi, thanks so much for your message, please know that you are ‘enough’ and if people can’t see how truly beautiful you are, then it’s a shame for them, but you deserve someone who appreciates you for being you ❤ Blessings & hugs, Hxx
